Your Deluxe Pedicure will take an hour, in which you can relax back, read a book, or I’m happy to chat ( your time – your choice).
When we get to the massage, you can lay back with a hot compress over your eyes to really enjoy the moment.
Next is your relaxing Back Neck and Shoulder Massage using oils to help you relax even deeper. Tiger balm which gives a warm sensation may be applied if necessary to help alleviate tight muscles.
We will then have you turn over onto your back for your Indian Head Massage and Facial Massage.
Hot compresses will be used throughout to give your body the memo that its okay to sink into relaxation!
Then you can go and enjoy the infrared Sauna for 20 minutes if you wish.
